This is our gorgeous citrus bomb with a special hint of pink.  The use of Pink Grapefruit really kicks those citrus characters into the stratosphere and the use of riberry balances that with a spicy clove aroma and hint of cinnamon.  Strawberry gum brings a bright, lifted character with strawberry and eucalypt notes.  The added touch here is a hint of sea salt to balance the flavour profile of the gin.
